• Spend a day cycling the Hayling Billy Trail. You can hire bikes from Hayling Island Cycle Hire.

• Take lessons in paddleboarding, kitesurfing, and windsurfing at Sparkes Marina with Sandy Point Watersports.

• Enjoy some traditional fish and chips on the seafront, there are plenty of fantastic chip shops to choose from.

​

• Explore Sandy Point Nature Reserve and discover rare plants and insects.

​

• You are spoilt for choice with golf courses nearby, why not try out the links course available at Hayling Island Golf Course or visit Tournerbury Golf Centre with 18 holes available.

• If all the family would like to join in, there is Beachlands par 3 pitch and putt golf course.

​

• Catch the ferry from Langstone Harbour to Portsmouth and explore the outlet shopping center Gunwharf Quays.

• Go through the garden gate and in a few steps you are on the beach, ready to do a spot of fishing. From half tide up Bass, Eels, and Flounder can be caught and from August to October, night fishing can be good for Mackerel, Scad, and Bass. There is also boat charter fishing available for hire.
